Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for unused (sealed) and undamaged products within 7 days of the purchase date. Products must be in their original condition and packaging with sealing.
  • Shipping Fees: You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for your return, except in cases where the merchandise was received damaged. In such cases, Luminè will cover the shipping and handling fees.
  • Refunds: Returns will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds will exclude the shipping fees.

If the returned item was part of an order that qualified for a promotion, discount, or free shipping, only the paid value of the item will be refunded, excluding the shipping fees.
